# Jobs at Liquid & Grit

Liquid & Grit is a unique company with a unique working environment. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and a high degree of autonomy. We also prioritize talent over experience and hire almost exclusively based on tests.

To apply, check out our listings to see if any seem like a good fit. Then, complete the tests in the application to the best of your ability. If we like your work, we'll start you on a paid trial period.

Please note that due to the high volume of applications, we can only respond applicants who pass the test and cannot provide feedback on your application.
